Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares (Confetti Squares)
A quick and easy family favorite with peanut butter, butterscotch chips and colored marshmallows. A one pan wonder!
Equipment
- 1 9x9 square pan
- 1 double boiler
Ingredients
- 2 pkg butterscotch chips
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 4-5 cups rainbow marshmallows
Instructions
- melt the 2 pkg butterscotch chips and the ¼ cup butter in a double boiler ¼ cup butter. Stir until there are no lumps. If you don't have a double boiler they can be melted in the microwave on med power stirring every 45 seconds until smooth and melted. Remove from heat
- Add the peanut butter and combine until smooth
- add the marshmallows 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition. Pour into prepared 9x9 pan and refrigerate until set. About 30 minutes to 1 hour. Slice and enjoy. These freeze well also.
