This retro Canadian Classic candy is easy to make and a delicious snack or dessert. Chewy and crunchy at the same time a perfect combination of chocolate and peanut.
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with non stick spray, set aside
In a medium pot, combine the1¼ cups chocolate chips (dark-semi sweet), 1 cup corn syrup and the½ cup smooth peanut butter and over medium heat stirring constantly melt until smooth
Remove from the heat and add in the ½ cup rolled oats and the 1 cup chopped peanuts, stir to combine
Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set
Cut into slices or squares to your liking

This will make 16 squares 2x2" or 8 bars 2x4" depending on what you like.
