- 1 8X8 SQUARE BAKING DISH
- 1¼ cups chocolate chips (dark-semi sweet)
- 1 cup corn syrup
- ½ cup smooth peanut butter
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with non stick spray, set aside
- In a medium pot, combine the1¼ cups chocolate chips (dark-semi sweet), 1 cup corn syrup and the½ cup smooth peanut butter and over medium heat stirring constantly melt until smooth
- Remove from the heat and add in the ½ cup rolled oats and the 1 cup chopped peanuts, stir to combine
- Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set
- Cut into slices or squares to your liking
