Eatmore Bars have been a beloved snack in Canada for over 80 years, and for good reason. They are made with a combination of peanuts, oats and chocolate bound together with a sweet and sticky mixture of corn syrup peanut butter. The result is a chewy and satisfying bar that is packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats.

Homemade Eatmore Bars taste just like the classic Canadian chocolate bar. They’re chewy and filled with peanuts and oats and a hint of chocolate flavor. These are great as a stand alone dessert or treat or will also make a fabulous and easy addition to a dessert tray or bar for the holidays.

I have a cousin who absolutely LOVES Eatmore bars, the classic store-bought ones. One year I bought him a case of them for his birthday. The following year I decided to make him some homemade ones. They did not disappoint, he loved them too. So if you have an Eatmore lover in your family, go ahead and give these a go, they’ll probably love them too.

What are EatMore bars?

EatMore bars are a Canadian candy bar that has been around since the 1930s. These chewy bars are made up of a dark “toffee” base that is loaded with peanuts and chocolate. They were created in Canada by the Lowney Company. They are a great option for anyone looking for a quick and satisfying snack, and they are especially popular with hikers, athletes, and anyone else who needs a boost of energy.

One of the best things about Eatmore Bars is that they are made with real, whole-food ingredients. Unlike many other snack bars on the market, Eatmore Bars don’t contain any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. They are also gluten-free, making them a great choice for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities.

Another great thing about Eatmore Bars is their versatility. They make a great on-the-go snack, whether you’re hiking, biking, or running errands. They also make a tasty and convenient breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up. And because they are so filling, they can even be used as a meal replacement in a pinch.

But perhaps the best thing about Eatmore Bars is their delicious taste. The combination of peanuts, raisins, and coconut creates a satisfying and flavorful blend of sweet and salty. And the chewy texture is both satisfying and comforting.

So next time you’re looking for a snack that is both delicious and nutritious, give Eatmore Bars a try. They are a Canadian classic for a reason, and once you try them, you’ll see why.
