Who doesn’t love a nice creamy Macaroni and Cheese? I don’t know of anyone personally. Even though it’s called macaroni and cheese, the pasta can pretty much be any type of short pasta you have on hand, cooked and covered, or should I say smothered in a rich, creamy cheese sauce.
